Using hsv values from the original image instead of minimal values for filling the pixels in fillSobelRash.

Changed the parameter.txt file to a config.ini for using the same parameters. Created a function to create the config.ini files.

Implemented a method to use the island_hopper_params.txt file from the parameters folder to get the parameters from the last run. If there is an island_hopper_params.txt file use the parameter strings from that file as long as they are not given via the command line.

Changed names from ml to xgb to be able to distinguish between different machine learning tools for crack detection.

Fixed wrong file path and inversion function for the inverted images to be converted and saved correctly.

Changed the values written to the txt output file to nan instead of 0 if no result is returned by the island hopper executable. Minor changes like correcting spelling mistakes and commenting out unused image_folder variable.
