Write pvd file for time series

Anna Wellmann requested to merge m.schoenherr/VirtualFluids_dev:writePvdTimeSeries into develop

With the pvd file format one can create a single file for an entire time series of data.

It also has the benefit of showing the time step of an output file in Paraview: image

This merge also reduces code duplication in WbWriterVtkXmlBinary.
