Rebase some CPU files on open_source.

As develop is moving forward and we do not want to lose the connection to the open_source version I rebased some of the VirtualFludisCore files on open_source branch.

The changes are mainly:

• formatting (indenting)
• in BCAlgorithm and BoundaryCondition I initialized some of the variables inclass.
• In the CMakeLists of VirtualFluidsCore I removed the CAB artifact
