Rebase some CPU files on open_source.
As develop is moving forward and we do not want to lose the connection to the open_source version I rebased some of the VirtualFludisCore files on open_source branch.
The changes are mainly:
- formatting (indenting)
- in BCAlgorithm and BoundaryCondition I initialized some of the variables inclass.
- In the CMakeLists of VirtualFluidsCore I removed the CAB artifact
