Changed crack length calculation in island_hopper_script.py to use the manually derived x_origin variable and converted the unit of the crack length to mm by the scale variable. Both are taken from the manual_image_evaluation.py script.

Added a method do get the already analyzed images and an option to skip these when cropping a series.
