Add performance tests for app laminar pipe flow

Add test that runs a laminar pipe flow and pulls the performance in nups from the simulation's meta data file (.yaml-file). The performance is then compared to data from a previous simulation.

  • add python script for nups comparison
  • add test_executer.sh
  • add shell script for performance test of LaminarPipeFlow
  • add config for performance test for LaminarPipeFlow
  • add job to .gitlab-ci.yml
  • add weekly schedule for job
  • add reference data to https://git.rz.tu-bs.de/irmb/virtualfluids-reference-data
  • run performance test
