Remove LBM subfolder from apps/gpu

Sören Peters requested to merge soe.peters/VirtualFluids:feature/remove-lbm-subfolder into develop

Since all apps are now in apps/GPU/LBM, we might as well move the apps directly to /apps/gpu. This way it is also consistent with the CPU line.
