Compile all Apps in CI.

Sören Peters requested to merge soe.peters/VirtualFluids:feature/user-app-ci into develop

Add new flag: BUILD_VF_ALL_SAMPLES (default = off). Is set to true in CI. When BUILD_VF_ALL_SAMPLES is true more apps are added to the project.

Closes #80 (closed)

So far only for GPU side. CPU needs to be extended accordingly in a later commit.
