Viscosity check

Anna Wellmann requested to merge m.schoenherr/VirtualFluids_dev:viscosityCheck into develop

Certain limits of viscosity and velocity must be respected in the CumulantK17 kernel.

Ignoring these limits may result in issues such as crashes or mysterious effects in the flow field. I added some warnings to help (new) users and prevent unnecessary problems.
