Numerical tests run again

Makes the numerical tests compile and run again. CumulantK17CompChim tests passes the Taylor-Green Vortex, but fails the Shear Wave tests. CumulantK17CompChim is the default kernel for the pipeline now.

CumulantK15Comp only achieves sufficient accuracy in the Taylor-Green Vortex tests with high grid resolutions (>128). However, this is the expected outcome as per https://doi.org/10.1016/j.camwa.2015.05.001 . Like CumulantK17CompChim, it also fails the Shear Wave tests.

Tests with BGK are still pending.

Writing the analytical results to a VTK file still causes a segmentation fault that I haven't been able to figure out.
