Merge branch 'development/RedesignTimeLoop'

* development/RedesignTimeLoop:
  added two flags: 1. calcPlaneConc and 2. writeVeloASCIIfiles

  fixed some stuff and changes preCollisionBC ... STILL NOT WORKING
  start of redesign for time loop - UpdateGrid27 splitted into multiple functions - WORK IN PROGRESS
