Naming Scheme of the configuration files

Currently, we do not have a consistent naming scheme of our config-files.

  • In cpu we use: appname_zusatz.cfg
  • in gpu: configAppNameZusatz.txt

I prefer the cpu variant, as .cfg files are known from the unix world and can even be interpreted in vscode. However, most important as usual is that this consistent. Can we agree on a variant?
