Initialisation of mnemonic constants is inconsistent.

The initialization of mnemonic constants is inconsistent. Sometimes they are initialized with precalculated values, and sometimes with arithmetic operations. In UbMath all constants are initialized with arithmetic operations. There is a difference in results if we use pre-calculated or compiler-calculated constants.
