Add VirtualFluids target.

I am planing to add a new target in CMake: VirtualFluids. Depending on the user configs (e.g. BUILD_VF_CPU) CMake will then link all necessary modules to this new VirtualFluids target. An application needs then just to link against VirtualFluids.
