METIS 5.1.1 compatibility

Obviously, METIS 5.1.1 works erroneously with the actual version of VirtualFluids. It is some problem with memory deallocation. I downgrade METIS to version 5.1.0, which previously was used with VirtualFluids. It works perfectly.
